We will leave equipment once the customer has paid the balance in full and not before.

Any deposits paid are refundable except where stated to cover any costs we may incur.

We will erect any equipment of which is to be erected.

We will leave instructions and guidance for use.

We can NOT fit car seats but will provide customers with guidance from manufacturers or recognised motoring groups. Pleas note although we offer the link to the THINK campaign there may be slight variations with EU guidance. The Think link is to be given as guidance only to help you fit the safety seats correctly.

Customers are to fit all car safety equipment ensuring the seats are secure and of the correct stage for the children’s recommended use, ie following the recommended guidance of manufacturers.

Responsibility of the equipment and its correct use following guidance and instructions given is that of the customer. Holitots.com will not be liable for accidents incurred during the rental of any equipment. Children should be supervised at all times when using equipment etc.

Games console and console equipment

We shall request customers to check games consoles and the connecting equipment for existing damage from previous use. Any damage will be recorded on the delivery note signed by the customer and ourselves.

Upon collection of the games consoles and console equipment at the end of your rental, we shall check that all is in working order it was when it was delivered. We will request customers to do the checks alongside ourselves again signed by both parties.

Any deposits for gaming equipment to be returned upon the collection of undamaged games consoles and connecting equipment.

In circumstances where damage is found, your deposit shall be retained towards the cost of repair/replacement of the console and its equipment.
